In the app, open Collection → Record backup → Delete account and backup. You will need to confirm a recent sign-in.

Request deletion without the app

Send an account-deletion request. Include your sign-in provider and account email. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or photos. We explain the outcome within 10 days after verifying your identity. If a request is delayed or restricted, we explain why and give the expected completion date. Identity-verification materials received for the request are deleted when processing is complete. If retention is required by law, we explain the legal basis and retention period.

What is deleted

We remove your cloud account, photos, collection, garden, pots and Apple connection tokens. Deleting through the app also removes that account’s records from this device. Offline copies on other devices and guest records may remain; delete those separately on the relevant devices. Supabase Pro daily database recovery copies may retain pre-deletion information for the most recent 7 days. Photo files themselves are not included in these database recovery copies. Railway and Supabase service logs visible to the operator each cover the most recent 7 days.
