Identification requires an internet connection. If a suggestion looks wrong, take another photo from a different angle or select a candidate yourself. You can delete a saved record from its plant-details screen.

Please include your app version, device type and what you were doing when the problem occurred. You do not need to send photos containing faces or personal information.
